Re: AM Cannot Find MSFS 2020 After Downloading MSFS 2024!

Hello, again:

I turned MSFS 2024 "on" and off again, and AM & AP began working again. I haven't a clue why!

AM Cannot Find MSFS 2020 After Downloading MSFS 2024!

Hello, all: Over the last few days, like about (exageration alert!) 50% of the world's population, I downloaded MSFS 2024. I even got it to (exageration alert) run, but nothing like a flight. I realized it had a long way to go before I could run it, so I went back to MSFS 2020. When I did, AM doesn ...

Alias

image.png Hello: I may have asked this question before, and, if so, I apologise. Is there a switch in AM to turn alias on and off when drawing on canvas? This is an example to two lines, one gold and one orange; both are supposed to be drawn 2 pixels wide. However, the gold line is clearly 2 pixels ...

Re: Problem with SimVar for Heading Bug

Hi, Ralph:

I found my error - your "View" screen confirmed it - I got the SimVar wrong - I missed one letter!

Instead of "AUTOPILOT HEADING LOC DIR" I should have used "AUTOPILOT HEADING LOCK DIR"! But it works now!!

Thanks for your help!

Problem with SimVar for Heading Bug

Hello: I am adding the heading bug to my HUD but I cannot seem to get it to actually send it to the HUD. So, I put together a very short test program to see if someone can find my error. Note that I am testing two variables, an ordinary heading, in HeadingCB, and the heading bug, in BugCB; the ...

Re: Internal Server Error trying to login

How do I know?

**Update # 1**: I looked on AM and found out it wasn't activated so I activated it - but still no HUD!

**Update # 2**: Now it works - I didn't look on my second screen - I'm downstairs working AM not upstairs working AP. So, all is good!!

Re: Internal Server Error trying to login

Hi, Ralph: I updated both AM and AP and activated AM. In AM I can push the HUD panel to the Desktop where MSFS resides. But, when I run AP on the desktop, the HUD no longer shows up. I have changed nothing on the HUD but, since Monday, it no longer runs on the Desktop. Some questions you may have ...

AP not Working & AM Cannot Login

Hello, folks: I was trying to use my HUD today but, even though AP was active, the HUD didn't show up. When I attempted to use AM, it said that I needed to activate AM but activating AM did not work because the activator could not "logon". I have no idea what's going on but I would appreciate it if ...

Re: AP Displays Nothing

Bingo - AP was not activated! A question about that - do AM and AP require activation each time the software is updated? Because, as I mentioned, I just updated both AP and AM.
