Mousepointer focus does not return

I had an update msg today so applied it.

In FS2020 I'm now seeing that the focus does not return fully/properly to the main screen after using an AM touchpanel.

I have the ATC window open on the main screen, I use the numeric keypad to operate it, after using a touch control the numeric actions do not reach the ATC unless I manuall mouse-click in the main screen area now. It worked fine before.

Any ideas or its a bug?

A bug yes, but in MSFS MSFS always claims focus, that counts for any application you use to the side, also something like a webbrowser.
This should be 'fixed' with a work-around in the current 4.1.6. In 4.2 it will be an option.

My feeling is that the focus problem *started* after the 4.1.6 update.

I believe that's what Dave_K is saying also.

I began to experience this too after the most recent update. Before, it always seemed to be more of an intermittent problem, but now it's every time I click on one of my Air Manager panels. Similar to Dave, this ends up being an issue for using the MSFS ATC.

I am also having this problem using X-Plane 11. I downloaded the Air manager update yesterday (12/22) when prompted, and since then, anytime I touch one of my touch screens it deactivates the main screen and won't allow me to use keyboard commands until I use the mouse to click back on to the main screen. Please help!

This is intentional. Lots of people had issues with MSFS. It would move there camera when controlling a dial.
In 4.2 there will the option to choose between focus or no focus.
