What is the recommended way to copy my AM 4 instruments and panels and devices to AM 5 Beta?

Note that you can't use premium panels/instruments with the beta.

Thanks - My first pass was just to move certain folders, fearful that I would over right Beta required files. That did not work. Copying the entire folder as a replacement did. Thanks for your suggestion.
