Preconfigured Hardware Functions
After a few years of illness, trying to get back to sim and real flight. I have sample build C172 running FSX (yes I am that old). The eventual build will be X-plane, multi-monitor, etc but for now baby steps. I have vendor-manufactured trim wheel, throttle/mixture, etc, but no one has an avionics panel. I am familiar with Arduino and sketches, but I don't want to get into the weeds with scrips. Russ Barlow's video of 5/15/2021 "Dial Up your cockpit" describes preconfigured hardware functions for C172 with several flight simms. But looking through the Sim Innovations site, I don't see any description of preconfigured hardware, and what if anything, is available. Avionic panels are pretty simple and I hope to avoid sketches, scrips, etc.

There's one for the C182, shouldn't be difficult to make some arrangements for the C172 and find help for the hardware part, together with picking some idea from the Generic Garmin GMA340 audio panel hardware instrumentGeorgeallenc172 wrote: ↑Thu Dec 05, 2024 9:59 pm My bad, the audio panel not the avionics panel. Thanks! Propwash, which is known more for kits, has a pre-assembled audio panel. I ordered it, and we will see.
