Re: Internal Server Error trying to login
Hi, Ralph:
I updated both AM and AP and activated AM. In AM I can push the HUD panel to the Desktop where MSFS resides. But, when I run AP on the desktop, the HUD no longer shows up. I have changed nothing on the HUD but, since Monday, it no longer runs on the Desktop.
Some questions you may have: AM does connect to MSFS; on the desktop, AP does run and AP claims to be connected to the sim. (Those are things that might have changed when an update was executed.)

How do I know?
**Update # 1**: I looked on AM and found out it wasn't activated so I activated it - but still no HUD!
**Update # 2**: Now it works - I didn't look on my second screen - I'm downstairs working AM not upstairs working AP. So, all is good!!

Re: Internal Server Error trying to login
I an still not working
I have uninstalled, reinstalled
I hace looked for the license file, not there
I hace created a new account and paid for another suscription and that foesnt activate
Have removed the airmanger folder since it wasnt removed on uninstall and still no luck
Restarted cpu
I have followed the instructions to erase credentials, stop am, and restart
I installed on a new pc am, and it seemed to detect my account on the original pc(i thought that was good news) however its on the sim conputer that it is still ISE
Help…now desperate
3 accounts do not work

Re: Internal Server Error trying to login
Uninstalling does not help. Can you please try pressing login without credentials? It'll come back with an error after a while, then try your own credentials.
Re: Internal Server Error trying to login
I just purchased Air Manager today (for the first time), and I cannot get it to activate.
I keep getting the "Internal Server Error" message.
How do I fix this?
The "license" file does not exist for me, as this is my first time trying to activate.
*EDIT*
Nevermind, it just started working.

Ok...got it going after deleting a logfile...I will get the name tomorrow.
Re: Internal Server Error trying to login
The log file is just a log file, it doesn't read from the log file.

Hi
My AM4 is still reverting to demo mode.
Is there a status page I should be checking?
Or is everything fixed and I have and issue to debug on my machine?
