Hello,

my Air Manager 4 is not working as well. it was working normally previously as intended by suddenly it reverted back to demo mode and each time i tried to login and activate license it just shows "license not available". i have also tried to reset but unable to reset just shows "fail to reset license" null.

i tried the previous step but im not able to click on the login button if i don't enter any username or PW and not able to find any license file under the c/user/ air manager file method.

My air manager desktop version is 4.1.6

please help as i have a client for a SIM session tomorrow

4.1.6 is very old, please use the latest version.
